Structural Clarity for Growing Businesses

We identify and remove structural friction before it compounds into risk.

Why Attoz Exists

Businesses rarely break because demand is missing.
They break because structure stops matching the level of complexity.

Attoz exists to identify where friction hides inside growth: unclear intake, delayed decisions, duplicated authority, scattered execution, and operational noise that compounds silently.

We do not add more complexity.
We compress it into systems that are easier to understand, easier to operate, and easier to scale.

Every business has an entry point.
Most of them are leaking value.

Modern businesses do not need more noise.
They need clearer entry points, cleaner decisions, and systems that move people from interest to action.

Attoz Capsule uses Micro Vertical Intake to adapt each intake flow to the service niche, capturing clearer customer requests than static forms or generic chatbots before follow up.

For scaling organizations

Why Growth Creates Invisible Friction

As organizations grow, complexity increases faster than structure.

As organizations grow, complexity increases faster than structure.More people.
More approvals.
More parallel decisions.
More execution layers.

But decision architecture rarely evolves at the same speed.

Over time, this creates:• Latent decision delay
• Authority overlap
• Unclear execution triggers
• Risk exposure that compounds silently

Growth rarely collapses from lack of ambition.
It erodes from structural lag.

STEP 1 — Structural Diagnosis

This path does not optimize surface processes.

It restructures the internal logic of decision flow.

We examine:• Where decisions originate
• Who owns execution
• How responsibility transfers
• Where friction repeats
• Where risk compounds

Then we redesign the architecture to:• Compress latency
• Clarify authority
• Reduce duplicated oversight
• Prevent systemic noise

STEP 2 — Structural Compression

Most companies try to add management. We remove structural drag.Instead of adding layers, we refine flow.Instead of increasing control, we increase clarity. This creates leverage without increasing risk. This is observable in decision latency.

STEP 3 — Deployment Model

Complex systems do not fail suddenly. They fail after tolerating friction too long.Structural clarity is not optimization. It is preservation of momentum.Growth without structure amplifies noise.
Growth with structure amplifies leverage.

STEP 4 — When This Becomes Necessary

This path is designed for organizations that:

• Are scaling operations
• Have growing internal teams
• Experience decision lag
• Notice increasing internal complexity
• Want structural alignment before expansion compounds friction

A private structural evaluation designed to map scaling friction before it compounds.

Not consulting.
Structural independence.

How It Works

Attoz Capsule adapts AI intake to each local service niche, capturing clearer customer requests before follow up.

STEP 1 — Map the Entry

Understand how service requests currently reach your business.

Phone, text, social messages, website forms.

We locate where time is lost before work even begins.

This is not about marketing.
It’s about structure.

STEP 2 — Redesign the Intake Flow

Replace scattered messages with a structured request interface.

Instead of unfiltered messages, your business receives:

• Service selection
• Property details
• Scope clarity
• Timeline intent

Requests arrive organized before you respond.

STEP 3 — Deploy the Attoz Capsule™

Your Attoz Capsule becomes the official client entry path.

Instead of reacting to scattered messages,
you receive structured information that reduces friction and improves clarity.

Less noise.
More control.

No ongoing consulting dependency.
The system is designed to operate independently.

How Verbal Consent Is Obtained

Last updated: March, 2026

Overview

Attoz Corp operates Attoz Capsule, a customer interaction system used by service businesses. This policy explains how customer care SMS messages are sent, how verbal consent is collected during a call, and how customers can opt out at any time.

How Verbal Consent Is Obtained

SMS messages are sent only after the caller provides explicit verbal consent during the call.Consent is obtained through the following process:✧ A customer places an inbound call to a business phone number that uses Attoz Capsule.
✧ During the call, the caller hears a verbal consent message explaining that they may receive a customer care SMS related to their request.
✧ The caller is told that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and that they can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
✧ The caller must explicitly confirm consent by saying “YES” or pressing 1.
✧ Only after that confirmation is the SMS sent.

Verbal consent script used during the call:“Thank you for calling. We can send you a secure text message to continue your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Please say YES or press 1 if you agree to receive this text message.”

Sample SMS sent after voice consent:“Attoz Capsule: Thanks for calling [Business Name]. Continue your request here: https://capsule.attozcorp.com/i/[token]. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

No SMS messages are sent unless the caller first initiates contact and then provides explicit verbal consent during the call.

Message Types & Frequency

✧ Messages are customer care messages related only to an active service request.
✧ No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
✧ Message frequency varies depending on the service interaction.
✧ Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out & Help Instructions

✧ Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future SMS messages.
✧ Reply HELP for assistance.
✧ You may also contact us at [email protected]
✧ After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent unless the customer initiates a new request and provides consent again.

Data & Privacy

Phone numbers, request details, and message records are used only to support customer service interactions. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Attoz Corp is a structural systems company. We build client intake and request management tools for service businesses, primarily through our product Attoz Capsule. This policy covers how we handle information collected through our website, our Capsule system, and any SMS communications sent on behalf of businesses using our platform.

What we collect

We only collect what's needed to make the system work. That includes:✧ Name and phone number, when a customer submits a service request through a Capsule intake form✧ Service request details — what work is needed, location, timing✧ Device and browser information, collected automatically when someone visits our site or opens a Capsule link✧ Communication records — messages sent and received through the platformWe do not run ad campaigns. We do not use tracking pixels from third-party ad networks. We do not build profiles for marketing purposes.

Why we collect it

The information we collect is used to:✧ Route service requests to the right business✧ Send customer care SMS messages only after the caller provides consent during the call✧ Allow businesses to respond to and manage open requests✧ Improve how the system performs over timeNothing collected is used for advertising, sold to data brokers, or shared with parties outside of what's described in this policy.

SMS communications

SMS messages sent through Attoz Capsule are customer care messages related to an active service request.A customer may receive an SMS only after first placing an inbound call and then providing verbal consent during that call. Before any SMS is sent, the caller hears a consent message explaining that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and that they can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The caller must explicitly agree by saying YES or pressing 1.✧ Messages are transactional and related only to the customer’s service request
✧ No marketing or promotional messages are sent
✧ Message frequency varies depending on the service interaction
✧ Message and data rates may apply
✧ To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time

Who sees your data

When a service request is submitted through a Capsule, the business that operates that Capsule can see the request details. That's the point of the system.Beyond that, data is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the platform, hosting, SMS delivery, and related services. These providers are bound by their own data protection obligations and only process data as instructed. We do not sell customer data. We do not share it with advertisers. If we are ever required to disclose information by law, we will comply with that requirement and, where permitted, inform the affected party. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties except as required to provide messaging services through our contracted infrastructure providers.

How long we keep it

Service request records are retained for as long as they are useful to the business managing the request, or as required by law. Communication logs are retained for a reasonable period to support disputes or audits. If you want your data deleted, contact us. We will remove what we can within a reasonable timeframe and tell you if there's anything we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete it. In most cases, we can act on these requests without much friction. If you submitted a request through a business's Capsule, some of that data is controlled by that business, we can tell you who to contact. To exercise any of these rights, reach out at [email protected].

Security

We use standard technical controls to protect the data in our systems encrypted connections, access restrictions, and regular reviews of how data is stored and handled. No system is completely impenetrable. If we become aware of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Terms of Service

Last updated: April, 2026

Overview

Attoz Corp operates Attoz Capsule, a client intake and request management platform used by local service businesses. By accessing or using any part of our platform, including capsule.attozcorp.com or attozcorp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to two groups of people:✧ Businesses that subscribe to Attoz Capsule to manage their client intake and service request flow.✧ End customers who interact with a Capsule interface deployed by a subscribed business, whether by placing an inbound call handled by the Voice AI system, completing an intake form, or receiving an SMS after a service interaction.

What Attoz Capsule does

Attoz Capsule provides the following functions to subscribed businesses:✧ A Voice AI system that handles inbound calls and guides callers through the service request process.✧ A structured intake flow for capturing service requests submitted directly through a Capsule link.✧ Customer care SMS messages sent only after explicit consent is obtained, either verbally during a call or through the intake form at the end of the interaction.✧ A Capsule Ops dashboard where the business can review, manage, and respond to incoming requests.

SMS communications and how consent is obtained

Attoz Capsule sends two types of customer care SMS messages. Each has its own consent process. No SMS is sent under any circumstance unless the customer first provides explicit consent through the applicable method described below.

Voice AI consent — inbound calls

SMS messages are sent only after the caller provides explicit verbal consent during the call. Consent is obtained through the following process:✧ A customer places an inbound call to a business phone number that uses Attoz Capsule.✧ During the call, the caller hears a verbal consent message explaining that they may receive a customer care SMS related to their request.✧ The caller is told that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and that they can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.✧ The caller must explicitly confirm consent by saying YES or pressing 1.✧ Only after that confirmation is the SMS sent.

Intake form consent — end of interaction

At the end of the intake process, the system may offer to send the customer a text message summarizing their service request. This message is a customer care communication and contains no marketing content. Before any summary SMS is sent, the customer is presented with the following consent statement and must confirm before the intake is submitted:

“By continuing, you agree to receive a text message summary of this call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

✧ This message is sent once per completed intake.✧ It contains a summary of the service request submitted during the interaction.✧ No further messages are sent unless a new intake is initiated and consent is given again.✧ The customer may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages.

Message types and frequency

✧ Messages are customer care messages related only to an active service request.✧ No marketing or promotional messages are sent.✧ Message frequency varies depending on the service interaction.✧ Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

✧ Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future SMS messages.✧ Reply HELP for assistance.✧ You may also contact us at [email protected].✧ After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent unless the customer initiates a new request and provides consent again.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
